Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges — no exceptions:

• Wholesale items
• Clearance items
• Closeout items
• Special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item was sent, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

• All claims must include photo documentation of the item(s) and packaging.
• Do not discard or return merchandise without authorization from our team.
• Please email claims to info@qualitywholesale.com.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement, credit, or refund where applicable).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible credit/refund (if applicable). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
